Rent Payment: You can pay your rent online (fees may apply), or feel free to mail or drop off your rent at our office drop box located at 954 H St Arcata, CA 95521.

Repair Requests: Submit your repair requests online and upload photos of the issue.

Contact Us: You can text or email the office with questions or concerns anytime. Please note that we do not respond to texts after hours.

Emergency Contact:
In case of emergencies, such as flooding, fire, or life-threatening situations, please call our emergency line at 707-825-1540.

Repair Request Guidelines:
For repairs, please submit separate requests for plumbing, electrical, heating, or appliance issues, as each will likely go to a different vendor.
