Check out our current vacancies under the VACANCIES tab. We only list units that are ready for occupancy—we no longer list upcoming rentals.

If a property interests you, please drive by the location first. If it is occupied, do not disturb the current tenants.

If you are still interested after viewing photos and videos, click the Apply Now button on the specific unit’s listing.

All applications for a group must be submitted within 24 hours of each other. If all applications are not received within this timeframe, we will refund the application fee and not process the application. You may reapply when all applicants are ready.

Under California law, we must accept the first qualified applicant. If you delay applying or wait for a showing, another applicant may be approved ahead of you.

Applicants must be ready to move in within 7 days of approval. If you are not prepared to take possession within this timeframe, please wait to apply.

One unit at a time: You can only apply for one unit at a time. However, your application is valid for 90 days and can be transferred to another available unit.

The application fee is $54.00 per applicant and per co-signer applicant.

Processing time is typically 7 business days.

We will contact you via text or email if we have any questions about your application.

If your application is denied, you will receive a denial letter explaining the reason for the decision.

If your application is approved, you will be notified as soon as a final decision is made. If you wish to transfer your application to another unit, please reply to the text.

If you are applying as part of a roommate change-out (with approval from the current tenant), apply under the listing titled "Use Only for Tenant Replacement Applications."
