HOW TO APPLY

Please view our current and upcoming listings under the VACANCIES tab.

After you have identified a property from our list that you may be interested in please drive by the outside. If the unit is occupied please do not disturb the tenants.

If you are interested after driving by, you are welcome to apply using the Apply Now button on the specific unit.

You will need to include proof of income and a copy of your photo ID on your application. Our income requirement is 3x the rent amount per month.

Please only apply to vacancies that are currently available with a video tour posted. 

The application fee is $30.00 per applicant and per co-signer applicant, and processing time is typically 7 business days. 

We will contact you via text or email if we have any questions about your application, and as soon as there is an update in the status of the property you are applying to.

We can only only consider you for one unit at a time, so do not apply more than once. However, your application is good for 90 days, and can be transferred to a different unit. 

We will contact you via text or email as soon as a final decision is made, whether or not you were selected for the unit. Please reply to the text to transfer your application.
